Leadership

The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is governed by a board of 11 voting members appointed by the mayor of Indianapolis, president of the Indianapolis City-County Council, and officials from Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, and Morgan counties.

The IAA board usually meets at 8 a.m. on the third Friday of the month, and these meetings are open to the public. The board anticipates meeting virtually as long as authorized to do so via Executive Order of the Governor of Indiana.
