
Holli Harrington
Sr. Director of Strategic Alliance
Holli Harrington, a Detroit native, joined the Indianapolis Airport Authority in 2013. She serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Alliance, where she plays a pivotal role in enhancing airport operations to create an environment where employees, passengers, visitors, and vendors feel valued, welcomed, and supported. She oversees and administers federal compliance programs and leads efforts to foster public value by creating access to economic and workforce development opportunities. Before joining the IAA, Holli spent 21 years at Eli Lilly and Company, bringing over 30 years of expertise in business development, compliance, procurement, human resources, information technology, manufacturing, and engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University. Holli has been recognized nationally for her achievements in the aviation industry. A well-respected leader in the Indianapolis business and civic community, Holli serves on Indianapolis GARE, Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority Board of Trustees, Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council Board. Committed to mentorship and community engagement, she is board president of the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis, an advisor to the Indy Aviation Career Education (ACE) Academy and volunteers with the Center for Leadership Development.
Holli is deeply involved in the community and her church. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian Harrington, and three children, Briana, Brailen, and Bradley.
