The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis Airport, 780 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: Immediately following the regular Board meeting, Human Resources Committee of the Indianapolis Airport Authority Board will meet in executive session, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees in the North Conference Room (Rm. 09T.422) located on Level 4 in the main terminal.

Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or attend remotely. Immediately following the regular Board meeting, the Terminal Optimization Committee of the Board will meet. Board members will either attend in person in the South Conference Room (Room 11T.405) or attend remotely.
