Notice of Executive Session
INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), “for discussion of strategy with respect to . . . initiation of litigation . . .” Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s North Conference Room (Room 09T.422) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or attend remotely.
