Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2020. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely. The public is invited to attend by remote access using WebEx Events at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardJune
At the beginning of the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed General Ordinance 1-2020. Members of the public may submit comments regarding the ordinance in one of two ways:
1. Comments may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
2. If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in WebEx Events. If you are in the full screen view, click the “?” icon located on the floating toolbar at the lower right side of your screen to open the Q&A panel. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button.
Following the regular board meeting, after a brief intermission, the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board will meet remotely. The public is invited to attend by remote access using WebEx Events at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAAboardFACJune
