Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will
meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2020. Board members will either
attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located
inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport,
7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or
instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote
access using WebEx Events at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardJuly

At the beginning of the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing
regarding the proposed General Ordinance 2-2020 concerning the
Indianapolis Airport Authority’s 2021 budget. Members of the public may
make comments regarding the ordinance during the meeting or submit
comments in one of two ways:

1. Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the
meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or

2. If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit it
online by entering it in the Q&A panel in WebEx Events. If you are in
the full screen view, click the “?” icon located on the floating toolbar
at the lower right side of your screen to open the Q&A panel. Simply
type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button.

Immediately following the regular board meeting, the Reliever Airport
Committee of the Board will embark on a tour of two reliever airports
owned and operated by the IAA, Eagle Creek Airpark and Hendricks
County Airport.
