TSA asks IND travelers to prepare for security
Passenger traffic to increase due to continued spring break activity and Butler's appearance in the NCAA Final Four
INDIANAPOLIS - The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today asked Indianapolis International Airport (IND) passengers to prepare for security over this busy travel weekend.
IND will experience increased passenger traffic due to continued spring break activity and Butler's appearance in the NCAA Final Four. Passengers can ease the airport security process by arriving early and familiarizing themselves with TSA travel procedures.
"We are grateful for the traveling public's partnership in airport security," said TSA Federal Security Director David Kane. "Passengers who arrive early and prepare for security improve the travel experience for themselves and their fellow travelers."
TSA travel tips help decrease the amount of time passengers spend in line at airport security checkpoints, increase the overall efficiency of airport operations and enhance security by engaging passengers in the shared responsibility of remaining vigilant for suspicious activity at airports across the nation.
