Race-day shuttle service to provide convenient transportation between airport and Indy 500 on Sunday, May 26
Indy 500 fans looking for a fast way to get to this year’s race will againhave a convenient option on race day at the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Shuttle service transporting Indy 500 fans from IND will run continuously from 8 a.m. until noon on Sunday, May 26 with return trips running for three hours after the race ends. Shuttles will also be available for early returns.
Tickets, which will cover roundtrip transportation, are $25 per person. Tickets can be
purchased at the Star of America Booth at IND on the day of the race or in advance online
at www.indy500parking.com or www.indysportsparking.com.
Shuttle passengers who park at the airport’s Terminal Garage can obtain a $10 parking rate by showing a race ticket stub to the cashier when exiting. Without a stub, regular rates will apply ($18 daily maximum). Separate rates for valet services apply in the garage.
Shuttle passengers riding from IND will be transported on the Blue Route. This route will be departing from the Ground Transportation Lobby, loading in Zone 1.
The drop-off and pick-up location at the race will be located at the main east gate parking
lot on the southeast corner of 16th St. and Polco St. This area can be found across from the main tunnel entrance.
The shuttles will be provided by the Free Enterprise System and Star of America Motor
