Indianapolis International Airport to open new VIP valet service
Curbside program gives passengers second valet option
INDIANAPOLIS—Parking at the Indianapolis International Airport is about to get even easier, thanks to CurbsideVALET, the airport’s second valet service, which will debut on May 15.
Located curbside on the north end of the departure level, CurbsideVALET will offer customers the option of bypassing the garage while getting the same convenient, reliable parking service and personalized attention they enjoy at Express Valet, the valet service based on Level Three of the airport parking garage.
To take advantage of CurbsideVALET, customers will simply pull up to the valet booth located at the north end of the terminal along the departure-level curb, hand their keys to the attendant, and make their way to the gate or to meet their party. Upon their return, customers can call CurbsideVALET at 317.247.3690 or stop by the valet booth to have a vehicle promptly retrieved.
“This seamless service for time-conscious travelers is a great addition to our parking operation at the airport,” said Mark Currier, director of parking and transportation services for the Indianapolis International Airport. “Enhancing our valet service allows us to offer even more choices for our guests and continues our commitment to providing amenities tailored to the different parking needs our visitors have.”
A joint venture between Parking Solutions for Airports and Global Parking System, Inc., CurbsideVALET also includes value-added services such as premium car wash and detailing. Additional CurbsideVALET features, including online reservations and a loyalty program, are slated for rollout this summer.
The rate for CurbsideVALET is $10 for the first hour and $5 per each additional hour with a maximum price of $26 per day. Airport parking is also available in Long-Term and Economy Lots and in the airport garage, including Express Valet.
