Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Airport Authority Board will meet Friday, September 21, 2012, in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, as follows:
- The board will meet for an executive session at 7:30 a.m. in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422) in accordance with Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B) to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and to discuss per Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (C), the implementation of a security system; and
- The board will meet for a pre-board meeting following the executive session. The pre-board meeting will be held in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422); and
- At 8:30 a.m. the full board will meet in the Boardroom (Room 11T.413).
