Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS—The Indianapolis Airport Authority’s board and several of its committees will meet Friday, September 17, 2010, in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, as follows:
- The board’s Reliever Airports Committee will meet from 7 to 7:30 a.m. in the South Executive Conference Room (Room 11T.405);
- An executive session of the board will be held from 7:30 to 8 a.m. in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422);
- A pre-board meeting will be held from 8 to 8:30 a.m. in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422);
- The full board will meet in the Boardroom at 8:30 a.m. or immediately following conclusion of the pre-board meeting (Room 11T.413); and
- The board’s Finance & Audit Committee will meet in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422) immediately following adjournment of the full board meeting.
