Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://tinyurl.com/IAASeptemberBoard

During the meeting, the Board will hold two public hearings on the following items:

  • General Ordinance No. 03-2022, a supplement to the IAA’s Master Bond Ordinance (05-2014).
  • A certain Real Estate Sale Agreement with Cardinal XLIII, LLC, for the sale of approximately 99 +/- acres of land located in the eastern section of Metropolitan Airport off Hague Road, for an approximate sale amount of $10,603,272.00.

Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:

  1. Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
  2. If you have a comment during either public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon located on the toolbar and then click the “Ask a Question” button. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit.
