Executive Session Notice
INDIANAPOLIS – An executive session of the Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (“IAA”) will be held at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2015, in the South Administrative Conference Room (Room 11T.405) located in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, and continuing between Room 11T.405 and the Board Room (Room 11T.413.A2), for the purposes of: (1) discussing strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body of the IAA up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties [IC § 5-14-1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(D)]; (2) interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or their agents by the governing body of the IAA [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)] and/or (3) discussing records that are classified as confidential by state or federal statute [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7)].
