Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Airport Authority Board will meet Friday, October 19, 2012, in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, as follows:
- The board will meet for an Executive Session at 7:30 a.m. in the North
- Administrative Conference Room (room 09T.422) to receive information about negotiations with industrial and commercial prospects under Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (4); and
- The board will meet for an open session Pre-Board meeting at 8 a.m. or immediately following the Executive Session. The Pre-Board meeting will be held in the North Administrative Conference Room (room 09T.422); and
- At 8:30 a.m. or immediately following conclusion of the Pre-Board meeting, the full board will meet in the boardroom (room 11T.413).
