Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely. The Public is invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardNovember

During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed sale of real estate: approximately 38.17 acres located in the northeast corner of Masters Road and 96th Street in Fishers, Indiana. Members of the public may submit comments regarding the proposed sale in one of two ways:

1. Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
2. If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit online by entering it in the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon located on the toolbar and then click the “Ask a Question” button. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit.

Following the regular board meeting, at 9:00 a.m., the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board will meet. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely. The Public is invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://bit.ly/November2020FAC

Following the Finance and Audit Committee meeting, at 10:00 a.m., the Human Resources Committee of the Board will meet. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely.
