Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardNov2021

During the meeting, the Board will hold three (3) public hearings:

  • General Ordinance No. 03-2021, concerning the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s 2022 Rates and Charges
  • Four (4) Real Estate Transactions with Ambrose Property Group, LLC, each a Real Estate Sale Agreement, individually as follows:
    • For the sale of approximately 1.695 acres of land located at South CR 1050 in Camby
    • For the sale of approximately 2.88 acres of land located in the 6900 block of South CR 750 East in Plainfield
    • For the sale of approximately 93.303 acres of land located at 9000 Camby Road in Indianapolis
    • For the sale of approximately 0.38 acres of land located at 1502 and 1514 Kiel Avenue in Indianapolis
  • Real Estate Sale Agreement with I Elite, LLC for the sale of land and improvements located at 7337 and 7333 Washington Street in Indianapolis

Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:

  1. Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
  2. If you have a comment during any of the public hearings, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon located on the toolbar and then click the “Ask a Question” button. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit.

Following the regular board meeting, after a brief intermission, the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board will meet remotely. The public is invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAAFACNov2021
