Executive Session Notice
INDIANAPOLIS – An executive session of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (“IAA”) Human Resource Committee will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Monday May 8, 2017, in the South Conference (Room11T.405) located in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241. The purpose is to discuss: (1) records authorized by federal or state statute [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(1)], namely records under IC § 5-14-3-4(b)(12) specifically prepared for discussion or developed during discussion in an executive session under IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1 and/or (2) records classified as confidential by state or federal statute [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7)], namely deliberative material under IC § 5-14-3-4(b)(6) and/or trade secrets under IC § 5-14-3-4(a)(4).
