INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017, in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241 for the regular board meeting.

Executive Session Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — An executive session of the Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (“IAA”) will be held at 8:00 A.M. on Friday May 19, 2017, in the North Conference (Room 09T.422) located in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241. The purpose is to discuss: (1) records authorized by federal or state statute [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(1)], namely records under IC § 5-14-3-4(b)(12) specifically prepared for discussion or developed during discussion in an executive session under IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1 and/or (2) records classified as confidential by state or federal statute [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7)], namely deliberative material under IC § 5-14-3-4(b)(6) and/or trade secrets under IC § 5-14-3-4(a)(4).
