Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Airport Authority Board, as well as its “Reliever Airports Committee”, will meet on Friday, July 19, 2013, in the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241, as follows:
- At 7:30 a.m., the board will meet for an executive session in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422); and
- At 7:45 a.m. (or immediately following the executive session), the board will meet for a pre-board meeting in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422); and
- At 8:30 a.m. (or immediately following the conclusion of the pre-board meeting), the board will meet in the airport’s boardroom (Room 11T.413) for the regular board meeting; and
- At 9 a.m. (or immediately following the conclusion of the full board meeting), the board’s “Reliever Airports Committee” will meet in the South Administrative Conference Room (Room 11T.405).
