Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL:

During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the following item:

  • General Ordinance No. 01-2022, concerning the Indianapolis Maintenance Center and authorization of the termination of certain property interests therein, termination of leases, and approving other actions in respect thereto.

Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:

  • Comments may be emailed to prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
  • If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon located on the toolbar and then click the “Ask a Question” button. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit
