Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Airport Authority Board will meet Friday, February 18, 2011, on the fourth-floor of the passenger terminal at Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, as follows:
- An executive session be held beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422). It will end at approximately 8:30 a.m.
- The board will meet for a pre-board meeting at 8:30 a.m. or immediately following conclusion of the executive session. The pre-board meeting will also be held in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422) and will last until approximately 9 a.m.
- At 9 a.m. or immediately following conclusion of the pre-board meeting, the full board will meet in the Boardroom (Room 11T.413). Please note that the 9 a.m. start time is 30 minutes later than the regular 8:30 a.m. start time.
