Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely. The Public is invited to attend by remote access using Zoom at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardDecember
During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing regarding General Ordinance No. 03-2020 establishing the 2021 rates and charges for users of airport facilities and services. Members of the public may submit comments in one of two ways:
- Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
- If you have a comment during the public hearing, you may submit online by entering it in the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar. To open the Q&A panel click the “Q&A” icon located on the toolbar and then click the “Ask a Question” button. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button to submit.
Following the regular board meeting, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Reliever Airport Committee of the Board will meet. No Board members will attend in person but will instead attend remotely.
