Public Meeting Notice

INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020. Board members will either attend in person in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, or instead attend remotely. The public is also invited to attend by remote access using WebEx Events at the following URL: https://bit.ly/IAABoardAugust

During the meeting, the Board will hold two public hearings regarding the proposed sale of real estate: 2.45 acres located at 5830, 5832, 5836 & 5840 W. Minnesota Avenue, 5900 Plainfield Avenue and 1600 & 1616 Lindley Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana; and 91.04 acres located at the southwest corner of Stafford Road and Columbia Road in Plainfield, Indiana. Members of the public may submit comments regarding the proposed sales in one of two ways:

  • Comments may be emailed to publiccomment@ind.com prior to the meeting no later than 8:00 a.m.; or
  • If you have a comment during either public hearing, you may submit it online by entering it in the Q&A panel in WebEx Events. If you are in the full screen view, click the “?” icon located on the floating toolbar at the lower right side of your screen to open the Q&A panel. Simply type your comment into the dialog box and click the Send button.

Following the regular board meeting, after a brief intermission, the Human Resources Committee of the Board will meet remotely.
