Public meeting notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Airport Authority Board will meet on Friday, August 16, 2013, in the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Dr., Indianapolis, Indiana 46241, as follows:- At 7:30 a.m., the board will meet for an executive session in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422). The purposes of this executive session will be to discuss strategy with respect to the purchase and/or leasing of real property, as well as litigation and/or the initiation of litigation, Ind.Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) and Ind.Code §5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), respectively; and
- At 7:45 a.m. (or immediately following the executive session), the board will meet for a pre-board meeting in the North Administrative Conference Room (Room 09T.422); and
- At 8:30 a.m. (or immediately following the conclusion of the pre-board meeting), the board will meet in the airport’s boardroom (Room 11T.413) for the regular board meeting.
