To celebrate the energy and community surrounding the 2024 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, Christina Hollering created Victory in Bloom, a vibrant design on display at IND and throughout downtown. The artwork takes viewers on a journey from sunrise to sunset in the city, blending race day excitement, symbolic flowers, and a basketball sun to honor the women who make Indianapolis thrive.
