FAA Approval of a Finding of No Significant Impact Concerning Property Release from Federal Obligations

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on a 2017 Condensed Environmental Assessment at the Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, Indiana, to release the property on the northwest corner of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Stafford Road from Federal obligations. The FONSI indicates the proposed Federal actions are consistent with existing environmental policies and objectives as set forth in the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and will not significantly affect the quality of the environment.
