Executive Session Notice
INDIANAPOLIS – An executive session of the Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority (“IAA”) will be held at 7:30 A.M. on Friday, March 16, 2018, in the North Conference (Room 09T.422) located in the main terminal building at the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241, with the purpose of discussing pending litigation [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)] and rental car agreement negotiations [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(H)].

Public Meeting Notice
INDIANAPOLIS — The Board of the Indianapolis Airport Authority will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018, in the Airport’s Board Room (Room 11T.413) located inside the main terminal building of the Indianapolis International Airport, 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241.
Immediately following the regular board meeting, the Human Resources Committee of the Board will meet in the Airport’s North Conference Room (Room 09T.422), followed by an Executive Session of the Human Resources Committee for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. [IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9)].
